Today, the House of Representatives passed the bipartisan TRACED Act supported by Representative Lauren Underwood (IL-14), Chairman of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce Frank Pallone (NJ-06), and Chairman of the Senate Commerce Committee John Thune (R-SD). The TRACED Act is the result of several months of bipartisan negotiations between the House and Senate to help combat the robocall epidemic.

WASHINGTON— This week, following a bipartisan letter Congresswoman Lauren Underwood (IL-14) sent to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to address propane supply shortages, the FERC announced that farmers in the Midwest will receive temporary emergency shipments of propane.

Following a letter by Congresswoman Lauren Underwood (IL-14) in which she called on Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy to take immediate action to protect states, including Illinois, from a provision in the Fixing America's Surface Transportation (FAST) Act which would rescind $7.6 billion in highway funding, the House passed a Continuing Resolution that included a repeal of the FAST Act rescission.
